The National Rural Health Alliance has responded to the second survey on the development of a National Health and Medical Research Strategy currently being undertaken by Rosemary Huxtable AO PSM. The National Health and Medical Research Strategy aims to help target funding and strengthen Australia’s health and medical research capability.
Recommendations from the National Rural Health Alliance include a stronger rural focus within the Strategy, equitable research funding and support for early career and rural researchers.
