The National Rural Health Alliance has responded to the Draft National Health and Medical Research Strategy. The Alliance commends the Strategy’s strong equity focus and commitment to improving rural health outcomes through inclusive research. The Alliance’s response emphasises the need for equitable funding, rural representation in governance, infrastructure development, community-led initiatives and tailored metrics to measure progress.
