Submission
In response to this Private Health Sector Reform Consultation Paper 1, the National Rural Health Alliance has called for stronger safeguards to ensure rural, regional and remote Australians benefit equally from any changes. The submission makes comments on a range of issues included in the Consultation Paper in relation to mental health care, maternity care, general viability and sustainability of private hospitals in rural/regional Australia, Hospital in the Home and Risk Equalisation.
