Concession registration for the 10th Rural and Remote Health Scientific Symposium is available to full-time students, low-income individuals receiving Centrelink subsidy/ies, and pension card holders. Proof of eligibility (e.g. student ID, Centrelink or pension card) may be requested during the registration process or at check-in.
Day registration (before 15 September 2025): $610.00

Late registration: all payments received after 15 September 2025 will incur an additional $100 fee.
Additional reception ticket: $60.00
Pre-Symposium event – Remote Research Impact Workshop, Tuesday 7 October 2025, 1-5pm.
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard at the time of registration.
Registration inclusions
Full, speaker and concession registrations include access to the Symposium for two days from Wednesday 8 October 2025 & Thursday 9 October 2025. Your registration fee covers morning tea, working style lunch, afternoon tea and includes a ticket to the welcome reception on the Wednesday evening.
Day registration entitles delegates to all sessions, including morning tea, working style lunch and afternoon tea on the day of registration only. It does not include the welcome reception. A ticket maybe purchased during the registration process.
Cancellation policy
By registering for the Symposium you are confirming your intention to attend and will be issued with a tax invoice.
Cancellations before 8 August 2025 are fully refundable. Cancellations between 8 August – 7 September 2025 are refundable; however, you will incur an $150 administrative fee. Cancellations from 8 September 2025 are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the Symposium, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a substitute delegate.
