That the Commonwealth Government re-introduce zone rebates on taxation to rural and remote health professionals that will reduce the taxation paid by medical officers, general practitioners, nurses and allied health professionals working in rural and remote Australia.
Support and funding for Primary Health Care Nurse led cancer screening programs that incorporate innovative models, such as Community Engagement Workers, to improve access to target populations. Take the screening to them through culturally safe approaches.
Encourage all health services (hospitals and clinics) to join up with the Global Green and Healthy Hospital network - a free global network that helps health services improve their environmental sustainability.
