Much primary health care is funded by government and NGOs such as PHNs. The Alliance calls on Commonwealth, state and territory governments to enshrine that a proportion of any grant funding is required to be invested in primary prevention strategies, deliverables and reportable outcomes. A 'prevention in all programs' approach. Further, this approach should apply across the care and age continuum.
