Coordination, collaboration and communication have been emphasied over and over. Health services need to build this into job descriptions, especially in rural and remote areas, and most important allow time and resources to relationship building. In areas with stretched resources, relationship building often falls to one or two how put more in than they get out. It needs to be acknowledged and recognised, explicit not implicit.
