Tailored caring@home resources for health professionals are now available and applicable Australia-wide.
The Palliative Care Clinic Box is a free resource clinicians can use to educate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families about common end-of-life symptoms and how to help manage these symptoms at home.
Since launching in August 2022, the caring@home project has distributed over 580 boxes to clinical services around Australia to support the provision of culturally appropriate palliative care on Country.
