Early childhood nutrition PD – survey

Are you a primary healthcare professional who works with children under five years?

Researchers at Sydney Local Health District are conducting a project to develop and evaluate Connecting the Dots – A National Nutrition Service. The program is led by Karitane in partnership with the Healthy Beginnings team at Sydney Local Health District and funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care

Health professionals (including general practitioners, general practice nurses, child and family health nurses and community allied health professionals) are invited to complete a 20-minute online survey to explore current practices views and training needs related to promoting healthy eating and lifestyle behaviours for children aged 0–5 years.
