[email protected] have launched a free Palliative Care Clinic Box.
The Clinic Box contains a range of resources for health professionals, clinical services and families to support the provision of palliative care at home or on Country for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Resources and supporting apps and online education are available.
The Clinic Box is free and can be ordered from www.caringathomeproject.com.au.
