Draft palliative care resources pilot

[email protected] for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Families is a national palliative care project currently developing tailored, culturally appropriate [email protected] resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. ca[email protected] now invites interested clinical services – such as specialist palliative care services or Aboriginal medical services that are caring for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander patients who wish to die at home or on Country – to take part in a pilot of the draft resources. This process will involve a draft resources package being provided to interested clinical services and the completion of a survey if the package is used by a family caring for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person at home.

For more information or to participate, please contact the Project Manager, Karen Cooper: [email protected] or 1300 600 007.
