The Regional Tech Hub provides independent, free advice about telecommunications services for people who live and work in regional, rural and remote areas of Australia. 

You’ll find resources to help understand connection options, troubleshoot faults and optimise connection experience. The Regional Tech Hub staff, who bring a wealth of experience in IT, regional communications and customer service, are also available to provide one-on-one assistance via phone, email or social media. 

The Regional Tech Hub is being delivered by the National Farmers’ Federation, in collaboration with the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network and is funded by the Australian Government as part of its response to the 2018 independent Regional Telecommunications Review.
