We warmly welcome our newest member, Angel Flight Australia, a charity that coordinates free, non-emergency flights and transfers people living remotely across Australia to access specialist medical treatments.
Established in April 2003, Angel Flight assists Australians in rural and remote areas who need to be flown to metropolitan areas for a wide range of conditions, including kidney and liver problems, cancer, heart issues, cystic fibrosis, leukemia, cochlear implants and more.
It also assists with the transport of medical supplies, equipment and PPE as well as transporting medical staff to rural and remote areas. Angel Flight has over 3,000 pilots and more than 4,700 registered drivers who assist Australia-wide.
