Partyline issue 79 screen grab

A great reality is emerging across healthcare services as rural, regional and remote Australia faces more natural disasters, more frequently. With more floods and bushfires, on top of COVID-19, primary and allied healthcare services will and are adapting.

This June 2022 Partyline issue reveals some of the many ways in which primary and allied healthcare services stepped up and adapted to deal with the needs of our rural, regional and remote communities during and after disaster. Innovation has been a hallmark of many of these adaptations. So too, has been the desire to work across health disciplines to respond to local circumstances.
