The Council of the National Rural Health Alliance held its annual gathering of member representatives CouncilFest from 30 November to 1 December 2020. The Council meeting, held online due to COVID-19, was attended by representatives of the majority of the 44 members of the Alliance. Members reported strong satisfaction with governance changes to build the capacity of the Alliance and the Secretariat team’s progress in implementing the new Strategic Plan 2019-2022.
At the AGM on Monday 30 November 2020, the representative for Allied Health Professions Australia, Nicole O’Reilly, was elected Chairperson of the Alliance Board.
