FIRST PLACE WINNER - Inquisitive Three Year Old, Winter Morning, Murray River, Mildura. Photo: Jessica Eden. Prior to the second Melbourne lockdown I took the opportunity to plan a 5 day regional Victoria roadtrip with my son. Hiking along the magnificent Murray River in Mildura early this winter morning was such a wonderful escape. With abundant wildlife and a spectacular display of wildflowers we discussed the land, the indigenous history and sang songs copying the birds. Such a memorable holiday with my inquisitive 3 year old! EQUAL SECOND PLACE WINNER - Good Morning from Gunning NSW. Photo: Dianna Nixon. This is the view from my front door in Gunning. I regularly take this view and share on Facebook page as "good morning from Gunning". I never tire of this view, and am grateful everyday to live somewhere beautiful, peaceful, safe and comfy, surrounded by my developing garden, and visiting birds, reptiles, insects and others. EQUAL SECOND PLACE WINNER - The Ladies in White Explore Barraba, NSW. Photo: Jean Littlewood. A day trip with my family from our home near Manilla. Bellthorpe Farm. Photo: Paul Mellick - After months of little or no rain the farms turn from green to brown. Then at last the rain came and the recovery started. The browns turned to green and the sunsets were beautiful.
