Ensuring that new Primary Health Networks will work well in rural and remote areas. Discussion paper.

This discussion paper considers the new Primary Health Networks (PHNs) and the challenges before them in improving coordination of primary care, a key determinant of better health. PHNs have a key role to play in ensuring that people in rural and remote areas have better access to the health services they need to overcome poorer health outcomes outside the major cities.
