The 16th National Rural Health Conference had rich discussions about building healthy, sustainable and resilient rural communities with innovative models of care. The Conference dealt with important topics such as rural workforce capacity and training, determinants of health, mental health, climate and health, Indigenous health, cultural safety, arts and health, as well as healthcare research and innovation.

It saw a range of participants – from consumers, health professionals, students, researchers, to policymakers – who had the opportunity to engage and network, which reinforced its well-earned reputation as one of the best health conferences in the country.
