The Garrmalang Festival is set to return to the Darwin Entertainment Centre May 22-24 and is celebration of the arts and culture of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who have contributed to the building of Darwin, from its foundations to its seductive sophistication and edginess.
